However it wasn't clear that money would be taken. I thought I would get an email in a month with choice to cancel free trial.

Coupon

I was told once mysubscription ends I will not get the 17.99 rate but will be charged 35.99full price. I asked for a coupon and was emailed response that no coupons nor the 17.99 rate is available at this time.

Once the subscription renews in Apple Pay at full price I can then ask for a coupon or offer and get reimbursed. Seems like a runaround and customer service is poor. So I went to Apple Pay, seeing a note there that auto pay will be 35.99. Really.so I cancelled.

Too bad because I enjoyed the app. But with no customer service phone number it appears sketchy and super annoying.

Zero customer service. There is a trail marked on private property so we have an infux of traffic constantly pulling into our place looking for this "trail"

Refund and Cancellation of Unwanted Subscription

I noticed, today, that I was charged $35.99 for a subscription to All Trails that I do not want and must have been made by mistake. I have not found away to contact AllTrails by phone so I contacted my Bank to dispute the charges. I plan on contacting the Better Buisness Bureau if I cant contact Customer Service

I have tried multiple to reach customer service many times with no results. their phone seems to be a fax number, all I get is high itched noise. I would like to hear from someone is the company. maybe I should contact the better business bureau or the FTC./

I have been trying to reach them through email and their website. I canceled my subscription last year. They charged me again after I canceled. They have yet to get back to me and I can't find a phone number to talk to someone. This has been so aggravating!

It is clear AllTrails does not want to allow users to contact them. I tried for over an hour to contact someone and get answers. Their system is set up so that customers can't get through to them. I just uninstalled the product and plan to keep i that way. I paid for a subscription but want my money back.
